Trains with Trainz Sound Effects

3 жыл бұрынI had this thought of what if trains in the world sounded like they do in Trainz? I mean sure, obviously the sounds of Trainz are taken from real life but how would it look or sound if the way Trainz sounds work, were applied to real life? Well this video might answer that question kinda, sorta, maybe, probably not. I think this may be one of the more cursed videos I've made actually... Also the horns aren't all gonna be accurate to the real life engine, and also won't be the highest of quality but that's kinda the point since Trainz horns can be ridiculous and cheesy at times. This video ain't going for realism!

Hey guys, just a quick update on what's going on as of recent. Engines of Amtrak, the GP40TC episode, is on it's way soon along with other videos! I've been a little busy with college work as of recent but I'm still gonna try to keep to my upload schedule as best as I can. In the meantime, I hope you guys enjoy this quick little shit-post video while I get the new Engines of Amtrak episode and other projects underway or planned out.

@@therago-xm7lg Unfortunately no, sorry. I meant that the GP40TC episode along with other videos that aren't Engines of Amtrak will be coming soon. But of course, there still are plenty more episodes of Engines of Amtrak to come!

That horn wasn't even as bad as the main default horn they used on everything, at least it somewhat resembles an RS-3L... meanwhile I still don't know what tf 3:26 is supposed to be.

David The Railfan Boy I’ve always liked AmtrakGuy365’s work. From the old days of where he used to use the Thomas theme song to the current day I find his work incredible and his Engines of Amtrak was an inspiration to me.

right now its kinda hard due to COVID-19 so they can't just go outside and say "lets get some new sounds for our game" they actually have to plan it out

@@OntarioRailfan992 also a lot of these locomotives may not be readily available to record sounds from, especially if they’re historical (you can rent a car easily but not a locomotive)

Will Wheaton it’s a 1990s K3L that was recorded in the 1990s. The sound of this specific K3L sound has made its way into not only train simulators, but other games and movies like GTA V or Breaking bad.

I typically replace the default horn sounds for my locomotives. Sucks I can't do it to built-in or payware locomotives anymore; that Late UP SD70ACe from JointedRail has a TERRIBLE horn sound that I wanted to replace with the awesome-sounding horn sound from the 2012 EMD demo SD70ACe.

The f40ph had 2 horn varaints in the mobile version the phase 3 loco had the horn at 0:52 and the phase 2 version had a different horn
