This April weekend started with snow, followed by sun, then rain. Before I knew it, my EC 273 Metropolitan had whisked me off to Bratislava, Slovakia. With less than 24 hours until the big steam event at the local railway museum, I had a lot of ground to cover and much to explore. As I prepared for the adventure ahead, the ever-changing April weather seemed to be gearing up to surprise me again on the big day.
