When news of Thomas traveling around the world after the events of BWBA: The Movie spreads around the island, Sir Topham Hatt brings in a new engine named Rebecca to help out with the busy times and to stay at Tidmouth Sheds.
Gordon and James however are left unimpressed by the new arrival, but when Rebecca ends up causing confusion and delay, can she make up for it by proving herself a Useful Engine?
