13:00 (circa) Yes, that what I'm afraid of, that the (very fast*) evolution of the game, could break it as soon as season 3 (US). *I think this is mostly the consequence of having seasons of mostly or all reality/celebrity contestants (vs all/majority with newbies). I'm enjoying it a lot, but I, more and more, seeing a shift where in future seasons (again might be as soon as next season) in the first few episodes, alliances form, the round table becomes as meaningless as most Survivor's TCs (in terms of where the votes go), and traitor "hunting" is only open in the first 3 épisodes or so; and then it's just a question of which alliance gets the upper hand (only interesting parts would remain the murders)

Love Sophie she’s my favourite guest, kept waiting to see her last survivor season but hopefully I’ll see her for 46 🤞🏻

Overall I don’t like how “gamers” discount non gamers. Most of the bravo shows are social strategy games. For example Phaedra is a criminal defense lawyer and a master manipulator. She isn’t a gamer but she’s highly intelligent.

The biggest crack in the game was revealed when a Traitor gave out another traitor’s name. As a traitor you should never be allowed to initiate the outing of a fellow traitor. I think you should be allowed to throw out suspension but not full on calling out. Cirie played it exceptionally well.

Let’s pitch in and get Sophie a lamp, would love to see more of her and her relatable perspective and youthful analogies, rock paper scissors, scooby doo. Love her with Rob and Pooya here!

I agree not incentivizing taking out the traitors is a flaw. I feel like in a show like that you don't even have to go with the traditional winner/s take all format. You can reward based on scalps, some bounty system. Another thing they could do is, a "evade" & "reflect" murder type mechanic. Like legends go, if you put a special mark on your door, the angel of death would spar you. This could be well tied into the immersion of the show. So if a player puts portraits of all the traitors successfully at their doorstep, instead of getting murdered they not only get converted but get to murder a traitor & replace them. So if the traitors know someone knows their identities they might have to think twice if they murder them.

When the Traitors accepted the role of the Traitor, they took a vow that said “Do you vow to keep your identity and the identity of your fellow players a secret?" All of them said yes. Why wasn’t Dan eliminated from the show when he outed Phaedra? It appears to me that he should have been eliminated.

A big swap would be awesome. Big brother people playing 29 days on an island, and a survivor season playing 3 months in the house.

Dan was giving Big Gamer energy and Phaedra was like have at it. Traitors season 1 Cirie approach to murder decisions was not much different from Phaedra.

A lot of gassing up of BB and Survior vets who don't deserve it and lack of respect for Phadrea and Pete. Sophia deffo would be stuck in quick sand like Dan and Pav. And mad at herself she would ruin the game of others. I think game champions need to admit that traitors is a social/performance game that a lot of them aren't equipped for.

Rob, big fan of the pod. This is however, at least the 2nd or 3rd that you or others on the pod have referenced the SH board game. While i am sure no offence is meant, It is jarring and unsettling to hear this tossed around in such a cavalier way. You may not be aware that this game was pulled from shelves in several places, including Montreal, due to how offensive its very existence is to the jewish community. Thanks for keeping this in mind

I’m on the same boat too. I ship Parv and Pilot Pete. Love those 2 going at it against each other. Pete is probably annoying to Parv but based on Parv’s confessionals, she knows it’s just a game and doesn’t take it personally.
