I’ve been to Universal Studios Florida back YEARS ago, but not Universal Studios Hollywood. Also, the 1933 version of King Kong will always be a classic. 🦍🦍

That house they said was from House of 1000 Corpses was also used as the Chicken Ranch in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, starring Dolly Parton & Burt Reynolds. That tram tour has changed so much over the years. In the 80s they had a Battlestar Galactica show stop that had animatromics and a live actor. It was quite cool. The original King Kong section was awesome too, Had a HUMUNGOUS King Kong animatronic (complete with banana breath) that was done by legendary Disney Imagineer, Bob Gurr. Sadly, it was lost in the 2008 fire.

When I was at universal Hollywood in 2020 they had an actor playing Norman bates at the hotel. He put a body in the trunk of the car then came after the tram. Best part of the studio tour.

We’re going to Anaheim at Christmas for several days at Disney and then one day at Knott’s and one at Universal. I’m so, so excited to go on the tram tour in a way I can’t describe.

I can’t believe Jacob hasn’t been on the Universal Tour up until now! It scared the crap out of me when I was 6 but I went a few years ago and I like it now that I can appreciate good set design and stuff like that. As for the Secret Life of Pets ride, that looks better then any of the movies! It’s so unlike Universal to add that many animatronics but wow, they went all out for that one!

Seems like Universal is all about masks, but in your previous video at Knotts Berry there weren't as many masks. Different park rules out there?

You know, having seen some Halloween Horror Nights videos out of CA this year it was sort of disappointing. I am not going to argue the safety of masks, but they 100% detract from the experience and scares of the attractions. Again, not arguing against masks, just stating the simple fact.

I noticed that too. In Europe the different countries different corona rules is being taken to the max. at the moment. Politics! But lets be grateful that vaccination world-wide seems to work, and everything is slowly improving and loosening up.

LA County just released a mandate that everyone should be wearing masks indoors and outdoors again. Other counties haven't followed it yet and hopefully it stays that way in LA.

Nice video. The commentary needs to stop. I was able to follow the tram narrator didn’t need the echo from ya. Also the dark ride, please stop. I can see what is happening from your recording. Doesn’t require interpretation. Also please read up on what you’re filming or watch a tv show or movie so you don’t sound like a … how can you attempt to interpret something if you know nothing about it. Maybe that’s the appeal to watching you.
