Why binding time CH is need to stop condition? If running time we go to binding view what happened the the CH?

i have a rtac 300 chiller ckt 2 alarm low suction. check LLS found 24mm .no increase and decrease but suction going low and that time exv show 0% but still exv side glass show liquid flood. try to open exv manually but not success. what could be issue is differently LLS foulty. please suggest

Dear there is no alarm code 8 You have any external device connected to the chiller BMS ,DDC or any may be that alarm code.

Check control fuse for 24 volt
