Trang's largest island, Libong Island. Most of the island's residents are Muslims, and the influence of Islamic culture is so strong that upon arriving at the pier, you might think you're in Thailand. There are hardly any tourist industries here, such as large resorts or boat tours. People make a living from fishing and rubber plantations, leading a simple life. This island is famous for being a habitat for dugongs, but recently sightings have been rare. Don't expect nightlife, meat, or beer, but fresh seafood and San Lang Mankon (Albino Dragon Spine Beach) , which appears for a few hours only at low tide, are recommended.
