My mother and husband passed away four years ago, my mom in may, and my husband in August of the same year, and I haven’t been the same person ever since I have a hard time falling asleep, ever since I start to listen to the Calm App it helps a lot, it really calms me down it’s very soothing and bring some sort of peace too me, greaving for so long can be very bad for the mind body and soul, and also the loneliness is even worse, may who ever is going through what I am pray fully we will be happy and strong again.👩🏾❤👏🏾😌

Yes, Im there at this situation as well now, knew it will eventualy come since we cant really get away from this, sooner or later we will say farewell to someone dear to us. But loosing someone next to us is actually what may change us from with in. Only then we may start looking at the sky above us like never seen before, only then we may find what we have once lost. Only then we may look at the millions of stars above and hear them singing for us from the dawn of time to eternity

My three year old daughter asks to listen to this every single night when I put her to bed. We lay together and listen to the beautiful music and the peaceful rain. She has never been able to stay awake long enough to hear the music after 5 minutes. It knocks her out every single time. Whenever she gets a boo boo or gets really upset about something she always asks to listen to it and falls peacefully asleep in my arms.

I have a baby bearded dragon, and I'm a first time owner, so I've been constantly stressed with everything and since I love him, I'm so afraid I'm doing things wrong and stuff. Hey whoever needs to hear this, I am proud of you. You have gotten so far with life or it's just starting up. No matter what please keep your head up high and continue to chase your dreams or start new hobbies you've been thinking about. You are doing a amazing job at waking up and getting out of bed, but if you're stuck please wake up at the time of the sunrise and watch while listening to music. Trust me if you are one of the people who feel stuck I will try to give you a small push to get out of bed and my excuse is go and watch the sunrise. If you are feeling pain or sadness go ahead and cry cause that is how you can heal, go and get your favorite snack or meet up with your favorite person, do something that will make you happy. But whoever is listening to this I am so proud of you, remember that you are handsome/beautiful and to keep on marching soldier cause you are fighter and you are stronger than whatever is holding you back Please stay safe

This has been nothing short of a blessing ❤️ my husband and I have rented all our married life and when my hubby retired we found out that we had put back enough to buy our very 1st home... 41 yrs we've waited! We found the perfect home. But moving is hard, I'm not as young as I used to be lol. And I'm 2 days away from it being all done with the move. I hurt in places I didn't know could hurt lol. And the stress has been insane. Tonight I took my rest and found this! Soo peaceful, oh my, it's the 1st time I've been able to relax in couple of months! And the pain starting to leave! Thank you from my heart❣️

My mom recommended this video to me. I was helping her through a very difficult time in her life up until she passed. I know she appreciated what I did for her. I just wish I could’ve done more and spent more time with her. She did so much for me when I was young. Now she’ll never see me get married or see any grandchildren. It’s just so tragic. This video calms me and reminds me that she’s still with me. Love you mom.
