Oh, my love, as a 54 year old woman I can assure you that a) you look beautiful all the time and that b) no matter how many times you hear that, our minds can play tricks on us at the most unexpected times to play on our fears, make us believe we aren’t good enough, etc. and guess what - it’s completely normal. Just look after you, don’t feel pressured by anyone or anything. And -You are one of the best asmr artists out there. Believe it ! X

I have been going through a severe life changing shift lately, whereby a lot of people are disappearing from my life for various reasons, and it's been incredibly lonely. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to see a friend's face on my screen last night. So much so, that I had to wait until today to post this, because I was so comforted by your gorgeous appearance and voice I fell asleep feeling all warm and tingly before I could comment. Maria, please never doubt yourself about the way you look - you are a very pretty young woman! As a 60 year old woman, take it from me don’t waste your life on those worries, life is short, there really is no time, in life, for those silly worries, if I was your mother I would be very proud of you! Listen to your subscribers, they will not lie to you, because how many of us has thousands of people waiting impatiently for your super tingly videos - that is something to be very proud of. As for the Eurovision, I gave up on it a long time ago, as you say it has become too political for me, it’s sapped out the camaraderie and fun from it all.

I love this video so much! I think it is the delicacy with which you touch and move your hands that does the trick for me. All that micro attention to the necklace and back especially. I can really recommend it. I eat between 10am and 4pm. And that suits me just fine. I can push to 11am when I feel like it but I never eat any earlier than 10am now. I can still eat the things I like which makes this so pressure free. I do try and eat better still like I always drink water and I eat fruit and veg still but I do still enjoy a dirty McDonald’s too 😂. I hope fasting works for you too hun xx

you are beautiful Maria thanks for another lovely relaxing video, you really suit the lighter hair I've just had blonde highlights put in looks really good with make up I use self tanning face drops serum you just drop a blob in with your mousturiser & it gives you a really subtle glow makes the blonde stand out and don't even need foundation 😊 xx

Maria, you always look beautiful. As one frequent beet root to another, I must say you in no way resembled a vegetable tonight, you simply glowed. Do what you must to feel healthy, but please balance that with the awareness that diet culture is a toxic thing.
