Take pictures and videos, and remember that it's gonna feel SO SLOW at first. When I have a bad day and feel like nothing's happening (or it's not happening fast enough), then I pull out those videos and show myself how far I've really come. Although I try to just live my life day to day and wait as long as I can stand in between comparing lol. I know it's so hard to be patient. It can do... I have known many M-F people who have much softer, less timbered voices than when they were living in their unhappy situation. Sadly, the transformative effect of voice softening can take around fifteen years or so
