Can anyone enter this race? Didn’t look like a lot of riders, does the expense keep the turn out lower?

i think its about 2000 euros , the race fee. i am thinking of doing it but 2ks is not cheap at all, other than that u need a bike, etc.

Its limited to the first 140 registrations. And its not very cheap in total, so...
