One of the true ultra experiences is to start at Lee's Pass and finish at the Angel's Landing trailhead in Zion National Park. Within three weeks of finishing Loveland to Guanella Pass, I prepared for this incredibly hard day as I've wanted to complete Trans Zion for quite some time. Come along as I complete the nearly 40 mile journey in 10.5 hours.

Roxana and i are so sorry to hear about your friend. my sister's daughter had a close call collapsed lung from covid last week, is ok now// the hike/run: Amazing. Stunning views of the canyon from up there and nice to see the forest as well.. Another amazing athletic accomplishment Dr. Foor, congrats! I'm sure you have many adventures in the pipeline or in planning stages or on the bucket list but I will suggest adding one to it if it's not already there. Four Pass Loop, a very challenging 26+ mile, nearly 8,000 feet elevation gain trail in the Maroon Bells. Normally a 3-4 day backpacking trip, very few can trail run it in a day. Scenery wise, definitely a top backpacking trip in America. While I personally despise running 😁, as a hiker/backpacker, I greatly admire trail runners, saw one when I was huffing and puffing on that loop as they breezed on by me. Likely you've been asked before but any thought to making some training tips type videos for your channel or a secondary channel?
@FoorTrek
@FoorTrek 2 жыл бұрын
Four pass loop has been on my mind to accomplish as well. I've done sections (to accomplish 14ers and West Maroon Pass) yet there's so much to see and experience. I'm hoping this is on my schedule for 2022. I really should post some videos that share tips and suggestions. Thank you for the questions.

I really enjoy your 14er hikes because I love hiking them too. Also I would love if you would do castle and conundrum peak again because the video said it was private (just wondering what that meant). I hope you have a happy new year and keep up the good work! 😁

@pete3687 2 жыл бұрын
@@reecedawson6785 I believe the professor was injured on that hike. May be why it's private. I would like a video of Wilson peak. I know you did them all in one day, which is super duper impressive as I was beat after the Diente - Mt. Wilson traverse, but I think a Wilson peak video would be great. I could see many people doing Peak in preparation for the traverse so a solo Wilson peak video may be beneficial. I know I'd appreciate it. If you're ever in the Telluride area a feel like a brisk walk that is. 👍
