I try to follow the edges of the bladder and the iliac vessels, following superior to inferior with compression to identify ovaries. Doesn't always work

Sir is it possible to detect cystitis from whole abdomen...I have not done my lower abdomen USG

Most imaging, including US isn't reliable enough to diagnose cystitis in isolation. Other information is usually needed

Not generally, direct visualization is usually best for that - colonoscopy
