Le Transall de l'escadron de Transport Poitou a fait une très belle démo et un posé sur la piste en herbe de l'aérodrome de Cerny La Ferté Alais. Un très beau moment qui au fil des années va se raréfier avec le retrait progressifs de nos Transall.

Ne me parle pas des hk 416 ;) Par-contre en ce qui concerne le Transall, effectivement il rempli bien son travail.

Je suis très fier de cet appareil efficace, robuste et magnifique ainsi que de la coopération de la France et de l'Allemagne, ces deux grands pays!

I love the 'weathered' look of this aircraft; she looks like she's related to the other war birds at the scene! Once she retires she should join the war bird circuit! ♥

I agree but I hope at least one Transall will be kept airworthy. It is not guaranteed and it would be a shame

@@michellaurent3426 I don't think that "the state" will do that, unfortunately governments overall lack vision when it comes to preserving history. But perhaps a rich collector of war birds or a group of enthusiasts will keep one flying, as they do with other historic aircraft.

@@Zoydianyou are right, but it is the air force and the bureaucrats who authorize or not the transfer of old air force aircraft and it is not won. Many planes have been scrapped by these technocrats.
