My only point here is that this video is not the great price if evidence everyone thinks it is. And most of the video is inaudible. The first 30 minutes were not transcribed because it was inaudible. There are significant parts of sentences that are inaudible. Relying on poor evidence is a good way to lose a case.

The transcription was by someone who decided to write what she heard. the cops never offered her a deal. Katie was interviewed and told them what she knew. Katie will be a better jury this trial. The people who say they don’t see evidence on this tape recording are under the belief that “dead man tells no tales” a person who kills another thinks that no one saw him did the crime therefore there is nothing to worry about. Evidence is gathered from what you said and did before,and after the crime. There is plenty of evidence in this conversation. Charlie even went as far as providing a hypothetical example by inserting Katie with “if when a person sitting in his car and something happens, doesn’t prove what she said she saw was what happened”; he said “she can’t prove anything that she may have said” That’s speaking of the driver vs the other guy in the car. Here Charlie is suspecting that the driver of the car is who the bump was referring. Katie knows exactly who Tatu is but she is not making Charlie any wiser. The state should have arrested and charged Charlie before they did Katie. They should have insulated Katie and tried her after Charlie was convicted. That’s when all the cockroaches would’ve been flushed out, mother, father, sister in their attempt to save Charlie.

He's not a good orthodontist and usually they send the horrible nurses, doctors and dentist to prison so he fits right in, he sold his father business back to him because he was giving the business a bad name and as his colleague said that's why he was a traveling orthodontist he pissed off a lot of people.

Actually it occurring in public makes this harder! All the extraneous noise really screws up the recording since you can barely hear his voice without turning up the volume, which turns up all the other recorded noises from background music to bumps on the table. The recording has already used audio enhancement to make his voice a little easier to understand, but I still can’t hear it in a clear manner. This makes it harder to prosecute since some potential jurors on a grand jury probably couldn’t understand all the words he uttered in this conversation. I’m not saying they’re criminal masterminds, but there’s a reason this case has taken so damn long; these people are very deliberate/malicious regarding what actions they’ve taken to obfuscate what they’ve allegedly done. Most of these types of cases I’ve observed would’ve been concluded by now. Instead, we’re stuck in court hoping the cops/FBI got their ducks in a row to finally bring this case to a proper conclusion.

This happened, because of the mistrial. The original wasn't good quality! And now 2 years later, it is! BOOM! Can't wait for them to get Wendi!

My brother is in a horrible custody battle and divorce. We are all keeping messages , Emails, and voice mails from the ex wife (who coincidentally is a lawyer). She has become unhinged and unhappy.

Good thing almost no one is like this family. Custody is horrible, but most people don't engage in murder for hire.

Young men thinking about starting a family have no idea what divorce, custody, child visitation, child support, human nature, state laws are about. They don't understand that they have a 60% chance of this occurring.
