Hello sir, I have a doubt regarding the splitting of the tranfer function. m*n=p*q that doesn't imply m=p or n=q , so how is it possible to split and equate the tranfer function as shown in the lecture? I have seen the same method done on Nagoor kani text also on different problem.

Here you just have to bisect TF to get the two different function. Bisected functions may not be equal

Actually we have to write in the form of multiplication numerator* denominator But in partial fraction it's splits the transfer function in this form for example A/s+a +B/s+b To find in term of x(s ) we usually divide and multipy the denominator hence it becomes in two y/x * x/u hence we have to compare with Transfer function in given question to compare that we must write in the form of numerator * denominator.
