Mc Call honestly wanted out of FSU the moment Travis Hunter followed Deion to Jackson St. FSU tried to get him mentally in the program. Having him play Corner, when his better position is Saftey. Even putting him at KR when he was terrible at it. Then announces he's leaving after FSU drubs Miami 45-3 on the Road. Goes to aTm which is a school he would have signed to had he known ahead of time Travis Hunter was flipping. And did nothing there I actually think Mc Call can play. His issue is he's just getting bad advice from people in his corner. Like a lot of kids today. AZ Thomas is the opposite. Very strong family and had older brothers that played football. With 1 of them currently on the Cowboys Roster. Plus is a mature young man overall. Is he better then Mc Call flat out? Personally I don't think so. I do agree that Sam would be starting at FSU now had he stayed and toughed it out. And The Noles have a pretty strong Backfield. But 1 stayed and competed while the other looked for an easy out. And now 1 is looking for a 3rd home and is stuck in the Portal while the other will likely be preparing for the Draft next year
