Real talk: it'll be exciting to see one of this year's NLTL teams actually challenged, rather than walking the league again. A combination of FM24's easier difficulty and Kev's managerial skill, has made this current series lack a sense of jeopardy so far.

I got Sutton United into the Premier League and when they were doing work on their tiny ground we ground shared with QPR. Weird the game didn't do something similar here.

I’m in the same boat with my Dover save. Spent all my cash on some really good new additions, but not enough. No loans yet, but waiting for deadline day, because that’s when all the loans suddenly become free 😊

If you did get the stoke job you could do a Staffordshire non league to legend. From Stoke you could take the Vale job and complete the Staffordshire professional clubs.

Kev I don’t like to see anyone struggle 😂 but I will say I laughed a lot on the episode. Looking forward to see how this team do 🫣 i once took Rushden & Diamonds all the way up and my first season in the premier was a disaster. I think we got about 15 points and were down by February 😂

I reckon this team can avoid relegation if you don't have injury issues. That's a big IF tho. But my prediction is that Kev will be poached during the season

I love how Kev trusts the star ratings and scouts (I do the same in my games) but picks up players who are league one quality

you should try a collab with a lower league team where you are a sort of "poor man's" will still , you can be the assistant manager that watches future opponents and based on your fm knowledge help the coach on the tactical side , do a little talk with the players or do watever other job you're able to do to hel the club... it would show football from a new perspective which can help you channel grow a lot...

I believe he is somewhat involved in what Bromley is doing where they literally offered a job to someone using only their experience in fm as a resume. Bromley plan to showcase what that is like via videos as well.

I know it wont please your audience who are probably mostly english - but you were looking at jobs and considering stoke and completely bypassed the Celtic job in Scotland - i’d love to see you take NLTL to scotland, from unfashionable english club to celtic ala martin o’neill- you’d be right into europe and boost your rep even more! The domestic stuff imagine maybe wouldnt make for the best content i grant you!

Anybody have any tips on signing the youngsters cut from Premier League rosters at the end of the season? I was only able to convince one on the list of like 12-15 I was sent. Most either hated the level I was at or how much I was able to pay. I am still in the Vanarana South if that is the reasoning

Classic case of promoted too quickly with a small club. Nowhere near the facilities needed. Too low reputation. This team is going straight back down. Kev is definitely jumping ship before the next window…

Have they changed the way that job offers work this season? It seems a Lot harder to be offered jobs on this FM than previous. I’m sure by this time last year we on the third or possibly fourth club?

Usually bt now yeah we're about three clubs deep but at least in my save I've just started my 5th season and I've had several offers ranging from MLS clubs to (most recently) Monaco and Spurs

The logic of the ai for burton makes no sense in my save I ended up at burton they did the same but also we ground shared was getting between 15-30k people at matches so I managed to get them to expand to…….. 10000 makes 0 sense lol

Those recommendations for players must be rubbish time to recruit better staff. Worst transfer window for first season in premier league ever. Think it might be job hunt time.
