You should look at getting friendlies against the largest clubs you can that’s usually a good way to get money into the club.

What I've found when the board say, they want you to repair the financial damage. Is they want a cup run as that's one of the only things you can do to raise funds. That's worked for me before

You have signed a lot of average players for £120 - £180 per week. This will get you back into finance troubles unless you get a couple of more promotions in a row.

The minimum wage is for full time players. Since all your players are still part-time you don't have to worry about it

What the board want from you is to not offer contracts that have wages and bonuses which are paying out more than the income that the club is brining in. Use the unlimited loans so to prevent the expenses being more than the income.

U18s are in a weird limbo between senior and youth levels So I guess it's the U17/younger, that are simmed in the background, that have all been axed.

This season focus on loans and free players don't sign youngsters for actual money if there's a good 40 year old player get him for a year signing older stars or kids on loan which don't require a wage contribution could save the club like with Farsley Celtic I stayed up in Vanarama north now I'm at Tamworth.
