Thank you Mr. Tim for the info, i currently havr a blue yeti and small sound panels in the studio but just a few. This definitely helps, i seen a few on amazon thought about getting one but never have.

@Tim Simpson Does a sound isolation shield have any effect if placed on a cardioid microphone, such as the Rode NT1a? Isn't it more important to treat the background rather than the front side with such microphones? Thank you for your response.

Would this shield help with 5G interference? I’m a musician with 5G towers across the street from my house.

5G towers across the road won’t be impacting your microphone. Cell towers simply don’t have enough power to do anything like that. Regardless, the shield protects from audio, not radio signals.
