I ordered one. Shipping cost was expensive, yet it's over 2 weeks and I haven't received the item. I constantly track the shipping progress, so I know it has been in the US for over a week. Come on, with that expensive shipping cost, pls use a better shipping partner.

We are trying to establish this system, it's just that some transformers have batteries and they are stopped at the border, so delivery is delayed sometimes, sorry for that, we will definitely make the service better

@@romavideopromo Thank you for replying. I really appreciate this nice customer service. I think it is not battery/ custom issue, since the item has been moving within the US. It is just a very slow ground transport (it should only take a day to arrive from where it is now, but it's been days). I plan to purchase another figure once I get this one, so I'm looking forward to a better service... 🙂
