Megatron from revenge of the fallen is not that big than optimus because when Megatron kills optimus u can see that they are about almost the same size

Actually I noticed that too...when he took out the blade from Prime's chest you can clearly see prime and Megs both are of same heights ....only Megatron being more bulkier and heavier on that film....but in the first film Megatron was way bigger than prime which I noticed by comparing Jazz's size with prime and Megatron

Mass shifting. Although not confirmed not denied to my knowledge in the bay movies. Mass shifting in transformers lore in general was what allowed deceptions and autobots such as Megatron, Soundwave, and thr autobot Blaster to shift their robot mode size into a smaller alternate mode. Basically in this mass shifting, they are living metal, and that metal can stretch and compress. Essentially acting like how human skin would. It's still metal, however it can do this at will. This also has weirdly been known to happen to parts of the transformer which usually isn't metal. It's very wierd, but you could use that as an explanation.

@@KraylebStudios a great example of this is the massive tires that Bulkhead in TFP has when he is in his robot mode, compared to his more humanly sized tires in his vehicle mode. If you look up Bulkhead and compare a human to his robot mode tires and his vehicle tires it is very obvious. Anways glad I could shed some light.

A Dinobot apart of Grimlocks Dinobot gang He's a hardheaded Dinobot that only listens to Grimlock but when Prime beat up Grimlock he decided that he will listen to Prime and he also turns into a triceratops and in bot mode his melee weapons are a built-in danger that he can spin like a drill and a hammer but with a spiked ball for the part u hit ur enemies with
