Same voice actor, i forgot when WFC came out they were reusing voice actors. Steve blum is barricade in the games and also starscream on TFP

A war, secret mission to find a relic. A relic hidden on earth and a villain who was betraying Megatron is struck down and has risen again. Not that confusing. Its explained at 5:25. Hope this helps.

Tarn planned to kill Optimus. Megatron doesn’t want optimus dead. I actually had a part where the DJD take on the autobots by themselves and corner them but it got deleted on accident.

Pacing. I highly recommend working on the pacing. This is so fast paced it’s impossible to keep up with it. And with that it gives little context to what is happening.
