Man thanks so much !!! I did this fix but I just popped it off the mushroom peg and worked around the nose/landing gear. An exacto knife and a few cuts and he is back on the battlefield. skyquake fits so much more compact and he isn’t leaning back anymore. Plus my OCD was completely quenched when those notches fit right in the grooves like butter. Your way would have been much easier with unscrewing the screws and split it in half but I chickened out thinking about splitting the glued seam. Liked and subscribed.Thanks friend.

I just used an ice pick with some heat and lightly and carefully touch the groove at a slight angle. Then used an exacto knife to clean it up a little. Sure wish the turning the hinge around wouldn't have affected jet mode. It was perfect since it kept the arms more stable and close his torso up tighter.

Kinda looks like it was tooled for a different head and the mushroom peg was assembled backwards to accommodate this one. Wonder if the inevitable remold will solve the problem.

Just did this fix. Worked perfectly. I DID watch the video about not needing to do the mod (those Discord notifications were driving me nuts, and I thought it was me, until I realized I didn't even have Discord open!), but I just could not get it to work. I just went ahead and shaved some plastic, and now it works properly. I have the Dreadwind version of the mold, if that makes any difference.

I gotten dreadwing yesterday and I was too wondering what was wrong. So if I just cut a bit of plastic off where the wheel is located I should be able to get it all in line correctly?

Can't you yust remove the weel ? I mean the plane mode stais up perfectly fine it doesn't need landing gear

You do not have to hack your bot at all, just angle it correctly and everything else will tab in place, I do not recommend hacking something.

I was able to properly transform him without any disassembly, theres a video on youtube that details how, it just takes a little force

Thanks for the tutorial but I wish it wasn't necessary. Hasbro should design, build and assemble their fuckin' figures right the first time!!! You should never have to take your toys apart and fix them after you buy them. So sick of Hasbro and their shitty QC issues
