So much to absorb in this episode. The unusually muscular boys in the pool; the perving over young Minerva (and the other girls); the 'not insane' person who dreams of being a car robot; Hawk 'giving permission' for kids who to go on vacation (none of whom are his, and two of which have actual families of their own responsible for those kinds of decisions); the world famous 'British Motors' (with that quintessential British name 'Leftfoot' working for them) - and much more. This has it all... ;)

Earlier in the series, Shuta's father died (We don't know what happpend to his mother), so Hawk is like an adoptive father figure of sorts to him and Cab as far as I can remember only has servants back home in his island country. I do recall Minerva having parents and they seemed OK for Hawk to take them in. Perving, a very common anime trope and of course Japan doesn't tend to venture too far away from it's shores, so they're grasp on other cultures is limited.

I dream about becoming a Hasbro/Takara-Tomy action figure. Imagine if this show broke the fourth wall, they may have done something like that. :D

Lightfoot/Getaway is the son of a wealthy and successful car manufacturing businessman. After he got his Masterbraces, he was also given the ability to fight both as a robot and human like the other Godmasters. He didn’t realised this at the beginning but when he threw his fist at Blood out of self-defence, he saw the extent of his powers. His role in the Autobots team on Earth was a crucial one as he not only used his wealth in a good way to lend financial support to the Earthbound Autobots esp in the construction of Godbomber, he also assisted Metalhawk in various way and became one of Ginrai’s most trusted lieutenants.
