I got my daughter these, they only connect one earbud at a time?? Any way to fix that?

Hi there, try to put the earbuds back in the charging bay until they are both fully charge. Try to pair them again. If there is still an issue, you have to reset the earbuds. To reset them, click them five times. They will shut off with a quick red light flashing three times for three seconds. Now the earbuds are reset. Try to pair them again, this should work. Please comment back and let me know.

😮😮😮 Whaaat!? These are my favorite shape of earbuds. But I have to wear them upside down in the opposite ear. 😆 they fit so much better that way

The light when charging is solid red and I have been charging for several hours. How do we know when fully charged. What color is light suppose to be

Hey John, the red light on means the earphones are charging, however check the the charging bay, if the charging bay is flashing red, connect the bay to power and charge it, the logo will blink red as its getting power. The charge time for the earbuds is exactly one and half hours. And the red light will shut off.

@@artemorbid the red charging light that says avengers on it is just solid red and it's benn plugged in for over 8 hours.

@@johnrambo4082 have you tried the earphones?? They should be charged by now, the only other thing is that it is a faulty pair. But maybe try connecting it to a different plug

Like there's 2 "TF - T01" in my Bluetooth and yea can't really hear them together it's always seperate
