Sounds about right, my man Shockwave is ALWAYS getting the butt end of the stick when it comes to screentime in EVERY continuity, so I'm honestly not dissapointed by it at all. As Shockwave's self-proclaimed #1 fan, I've come to expect it, and I always appreciate the screentime we do get with him. 💯 (Plus, in this film, he pulls alot off during his limited screen time. Super impressive!)

To see a character like Shockwave done so dirty is sad :( I have the studio series figure of him and this other small one which I'm gonna use in my upcoming stop motions. I can ensure u in my stop motions, Shockwave will get the glory he deserves

I liked how they strayed away from Shockwave being a scientist and more of a brutish assassin, wouldve liked a mix of both but yeah, Shockwave was a beast in the film

Don't forget that he took control of, and modified, a giant driller creature, as well as baited Optimus into causing the movie to happen by messing with the fuel cell at Chernobyl, the guy was definitely still a scientist of sorts.

This sounds like a theme for a general of an army or its worst soldier and I’m pretty sure Shockwave falls into both since (Lord) Megatron usually leaves him in charge (To my memory it might be Soundwave) and he’s also described as even more twisted and brutal then (Lord) Megatron. Great Job!

When Megatron is with Soundwave, he leaves Soundwave in charge but if Soundwave isn't around he tends to leave Starscream instead(reluctantly). He puts Shockwave in charge when Decepticons are on the defense. Why? To put the fear of God in the Autobots

A shame his model wasn’t used in Genshin Impact. That would make for a great quest. Imagine the Traveler and Paimon stumble upon him with heavy damages after his death at Optimus’s hands. So you retrieve parts to repair him. Some high level enemies appear and you get to play as him and after that you get some dialogue before he becomes playable. I know someone will say: “But he’ll be too overpowered!” Well that’s what Shockwave is. A overpowered, dangerous monster that is motivated by one thing: Logic.

@@ilovecodexe49 thats not really a smart reply, the issue here is story, if a story doesn't make sense it cant be enjoyed. a transformer appearing in a fantasy gacha game for weebs like genshin impact without abiding by the story's original laws or theme makes it illogical. trabsformers strictly exist in modern or futuristic settings, not medieval/fantasy ones

Recuerdo ese momento de la peli, cuando aparecio ese gusano gigante, destruyendo todo a su paso junto cn esta nota musical, la piel se me congelava, sentia que estaba apunto de presentarse el maldito Satanas en persona (😅de verdad, los escalofrios de miedo y emocion se mezclaron en su maxima pptencia) justo cuando Optimus empieza su ataque es cuando aparece, el “demonio en persona" simplemente aterradora su presentacion, si hablamos de autoridad y poder Megatron se queda con el titulo; pero si es Terror y Escalofrios, Shokwave no tiene rival

Shockwave is Megatron's chief science officer, in the comics, Shockwave was a politician and Autobot who was captured, tortured and brainwashed by the Decepticons and leading him to become cold, emotionless and ruthless. He is known for the creation of Nemesis Prime and the Predacons among other twisted genetic monstrosities. Also he is the only Decepticon that Megatron fears
