Everyone goes with the fusion cannon, but I absolutely LOVE the whistling sound of Blackout's wave cannon... thing that he uses at the end of the base attack scene. Also, when Ratchet uses his saw to chop off Brawl's arm, it makes this AMAZING noise. Like a "ggrrrrrnnnrnrrrnrrrreeeoowwwwww"

I love how distinct they made all the weapons, I can tell the difference between bumblebee's canon arm, megatron's fusion canon arm and ironhide's arm mounted canons. The sound design of these films is one of the most underrated aspects imo.

I love how Optimus and Megatron's weapons both deliver similar levels of damage / kickback, but while Optimus is happy with a pistol, Megatron has to overcompensate with an entire forearm just to house his.

My favorite is Megatron's fusion cannon. To be more precise, his cannon in the second movie. I just love its design. Its slide out blade is fuckin' awesome. But Starscream's arm gatling gun is a close second.

Easily my favorite of all the sounds is Megatron's Fusion Cannon. There's just something beautiful about it. Every weapon sounds unique, but his has by far not only been the most consistent, but one of the most beautiful sounds.

Why is no one talking about the tune that the decepticon ship in DOTM makes when it is shooting? It sounds so cool. like you can hear it at 2:12. it gives off a feeling that just is so cool no clue how to explain it. just like sentinel's sword swings. they are just amazing

Man now I kinda want a compilation of the Transformers unique sound effects. Like the sound of Prime's movement sound effects, Lockdown's sound effects, Megatron's lion growl, etc etc. The Transformers sound effects team is heavily underrated and deserves more recognition

3:41 it took my a second to realize the quick shot of same between those two shots of Ironhide, Ratchet, and Starscream fighting was missing. Those two shots blend to together really well. They probably had it as one scene then added in the shot of sam.
