I like the video, my only suggestion is anytime I mount an amp I use 1 inch nylon spacers on the screws on the under part of the amp for cooling, but I imagine with that amp ur probably not pushing that sub nearly hard enough to generate the heat I'm talking about.

You should put a fan on the other side to draw the hot air out. Push and pull air

It’s been fine how it is. It barely cracks 90 degrees on the hottest days and once it do, the fan brings it back down

Couple small tips, don't use OSB for this stuff. Use MDF, if you have to buy smaller prices, gluing the edge won't hold. Instead use two layers of 1/4" and stagger your seams. Just glue the two layers together. You can run a couple screws through them till the glue dries and then take the screws out and it will never go anywhere. Watch some vids on using fiberglass cloth, run a strip down each seam. You can cut you poly acrylic sheet with thr same scroll saw you cut the OSB with. Just use the finest metal cutting blade you can find and put masking tape on the bottom of the saw so it don't scratch the plastic. The edges of your plastic can be sanded with a random orbit and some 300 grit. It's been 20years since I built interiors, weird how your vid showed up. Nice job for working with what you have!

In his situation regular plywood would be good because it ways less than MDF but is still strong and wont absorb water like OSB and MDF. If he was building a subwoofer enclosure then MDF would be the recommended material because of its weight and density.

Hey just a recommendation those little capacitor don't do anything they are a waste of money bro I would go with an ioxus ultra cap from big jeff for 150$ or a rectifier supercaps bank off Amazon you will get way more out of it and save money
