Hey Paras, I appreciate you making a video talking about the trans community. I am currently a biological male who is unsure about my gender identity. I just want to give my opinion on this topic. Gender - Imagine a person waking up, looking at themselves in front of a mirror, and feeling extremely uncomfortable about their body. The natural human instinct would be to lose weight, which one can easily do. But if someone is uncomfortable with their gender, the only way they can do something about it is through gender reassignment surgery (or cross-dressing). It shouldn't be such a hard concept for anyone to grasp or shame someone for. Pronouns - It's simple: I see the pronouns 'they/them' as a way to make it a stepping stone for a person to accept their own identity and ultimately identify as one of the binary genders, which are male or female. Some choose to never do so and hence identify as non-binary. But beyond this, when someone says they identify as a tiger, it's pure bullshit. Washrooms - The debate is quite simple. If cis women feel uncomfortable with trans people using a women's washroom, trans people are also uncomfortable with cis women mistreating/judging them. The solution: there can be a washroom for anyone who identifies as non-binary or a unisex bathroom that everyone can access, with dedicated sections like those we have for disabled people. Sports - Just because someone was once a biological male doesn't mean they automatically have a physical advantage over a cis woman. There are many women who are born with more muscle mass than an average biological female. So ultimately, it comes down to a race among people who identify as a certain gender. In my opinion, sports should be categorized based on one's physical ability rather than gender or age because we are all born differently! Lastly, for women's rights and feminism - If a woman thinks that men are taking away their rights by transitioning into becoming women, they are terribly mistaken. Anyone who chooses to transition has none of the privileges that men do. But just because one doesn't have the same biological abilities as a cis woman doesn't mean they are any less of a woman! That would literally be like saying an infertile woman is not a woman. They face the same fears when a woman is alone at night and have the same societal expectations as any cis woman would have. What makes a woman will never have a one-size-fits-all answer. What we should focus on is not what makes a woman, but rather what makes us human.

I love the way you explain things so clearly and most importantly softly because I agree with one thing that in India mostly people know only to raise their voice, mock and argue unnecessarily and that has annoyed me a lot in most of the states. The topic you’re talking about is sensitive and for that we need matured intellectual and soft spoken people to even discuss about it. Especially people these days can’t listen also, they just wanna prove their point right or maybe just simply insult and fight just like how your first commentor is in this video..who has commented about Paras.. So rude and brutal these days for no reason and it’s been happening for past so so many years now.. Tired of it! Hope people become more human and understand things better.

Nice to take everybodys opinion...as a proud muslim woman alhamdolillah i wud request all to research th Quranic version on gays and trans...forbidden to th core obviously...well thats my 2 cents on this and we r seeing th devastation caused by these terms in th west already...:)
