To those people who are fixated on the use of words 'transgender vs intersex '. Transgender and intersex both words have Anglo-Saxon history. We should not use either. We should use the word 'Khawaja Sara' which is the correct historical and cultural term for gender non-conforming people in sub-continent. And more importantly no words mean anything if we don't have basic respect for fellow humans irrespective of their gender and sexuality.

IT sector is the best choice for transgenders. They can financially progress without facing the society direct because society in general takes a long to accept change. There should be reserved seats and quotas in medical colleges, engineering and in css seats. But the most important there should be a separate institute for transgenders which train them as freelancer.
