Hi congratulation Bro Ajay Please take note money changing at any airport is a bad idea unless if you are desperate. You can change money at the tourist spot in any given area or country …… much better rates . Being a vegetarian you face a lot of difficulties . Hope you can survive .

Hi Ajay: Congrats on your first "real" international trip. I have heard about the extra 200 bahts that the Thai Immigration collects from travelers. Looks like it is officially sanctioned "lanjam". As far as blankets on international flights, almost all airlines provide those. In case you are missing one, you can always call the FA and ask for one. Thailand definitely is much cleaner than India.

Have a wonderful tour, Enjoy yourself. Try Thai Tom Yam and Pataya fried rice. Since it's a budhist country, there are many Vegetarian restaurant available. Prices are expensive but you won't know if you don't try.

Can husband and wife from different states apply for Thailand sticker visas. For me All the proofs are based in Chennai and for him all the proofs based in Mumbai. Only marriage certificates prove we are husband and wife. We both booked together the flight tickets, so in flight tickets both our names are present. To note : we planned for 20 day trip so only sticker visa is possible in our case. Kindly help out if someone knows a solution for this. 1. Should we book hotel tickets together? Because he is separately going to apply in Mumbai vfs and iam in Chennai vfs. 2. In Cover letter should I mention that I am going with my husband?

Reagarding the Visa Fee, it's only 2000 you have went through the fast line that's the reason they charged 200 Extra, when next time you are going check the normal one where they will collect only 2000
