bro get an r150 out of a 2wd v6 tundra from 2003 - theyre basically an r154 but much cheaper. Xcessive can help ya out with driveshaft and mount and all that. I got one off ebay for my is300 for $600

Please don’t use this transmission. The gear ratios are awful with the stock IS rear end. 1st and 2nd gears are way too short and basically useless when boosted. There is a reason why they are cheaper because they aren’t going to work as well as a R154
