It’s so nice to see everyone’s gardens come back to life ❤ I would absolutely loose track of time in the garden if I worked from home 😂

Omgosh Jes!!! I HAVE THE SAME LITTLE SEEDLING WEEDS that look like little maple trees EVERWHERE in my garden! I heard you say in one of your movies recently something about them but you were talking to Nate I think or just talking about and I remember thinking “oh! I wonder if she’s dealing with those little dang seedling trees like I have!!” 😆😆 Idk what they are but they do look like little tree seedlings and they are everwhere… 🤔🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

Those little fluttering pods drive me nuts every year! I have to Sweep, blow and clean out my flower beds before the seedlings take root. It’s nearly impossible to get them all but I try. lol 😂

I had them everywhere in my gardens, seems like more than other years, I've picked up around 18 small bags from my yard and still don't have them completely up

Thank you Jes! You are so inspiring!! I was trying to determine what to do with some containers the other day, and i thought "I should just shop from my own yard before I buy something". This was totally inspired by you! And in the end, i didn't have to buy anything. I already had plenty to fill the containers!

Just love when it stays cool enough for the pansies to last longer, so sweet 😉

This year the maples dropped their seeds all at once. So there are more of them and more noticeable. I picked up 65 bags of mulch at Lowe’s. I still have about half of them to put out. Most of my front yard is done.

Jes, my kitty loves biting and chewing on cut flowers that I bring in and also plants in general. I ordered some Cat Grass, planted it in a pot and it germinated really fast. I placed it on his food mat , so now he can take a bite of grass or his food whenever he wants.😊❤

Hi Jess...I just love your hosta and heuchera gardens....so much color!!! I wonder if you have astilbe in there too? I noticed that something was making holes in your birch leaves already? Do you know what is having a snack? Japanese Beatles usually do that to mine but it is too early for them, right? Thank you for sharing your beauties with us...I have started planting way more heuchera and hosta to add more color to my shady areas. You are an inspiration!! Happy kitty mother's day!!!!🩷🩷🩷

Oh those maple seedlings are driving me crazy too . I am stressing because both my neighbors do not weed . One has 3 apartments in it and all the land lord does is come mow the lawn real fast and leave and the maples are growing in between the slats in my fence . And the neighbor on the other side decided he was gonna move and rent out his house to a bunch of people who don't speak english so I cant ask them if I can weed them . And I can see the maples through the slats and I just spent over 1000 dollars on plants the last 3 years that need sun .
