I'm a piercer and titanium is hypoallergenic - really high quality standard and that's all I pierce with - that or 14ct gold. Make sure you get titanium next time! Surgical/stainless steel isn't good enough to pierce with, it's for healed piercings when they're healed and ready to change :) and in the UK it's illegal to pierce with anything with nickel in it too as so many people are allergic to it, so maybe double check what material your t.lobe was done with :)

I had mine done today, it hardly hurt at all! but all they had was steel jewelry so I hope it doesn't reject because it looks so awesome! I am going to another piercer next week so I'll see if he might have a titanium piece he can put in there, but it might be too soon to change.

Hope it works out, I was reallly bummed when this didnt work, and now im scared to do it again because my ear is pretty thin there and there is like scarring already and it just feels weird. maybe the other ear??

Endlessbeauty I kept sleeping on my upper helix and tragus and it was before I knew the travel pillow trick so I got them both taken out. Never had my body push one out though!

Jasmill Melisa oops sorry I didn’t get this notification! If you sleep on a travel pillow you can rest your ear on the inside so you don’t compress it when you sleep ☺️ its what made it possible for me to heal my piercings! Haha
