Sour ear fruit is absolutely new for me and very intresting too, because i didn't know that middel part is eaten first and then the other, when it is ripe, one in the middle of fruit you eat right away and other you can eat after cooking. This Sour ear fruit is very tasty, i know, because you never eat a fruit twice when you are harvesting, before going home, am i right ? One thing i like very much to say to you that for the last some videos, you have started a very good routine which makes your videos extra informative and off course very intresting too, when you cook the same product and eat with other food. It helps to learn more about your culinary culture and about the products too. Today i missed Bull in the beginning, when you came back after harvesting and the whole time preparing Sour ear fruit to preserve for long term and then you went to market and came back home, Bull wasn't there but i knew he is very smart, he will be there eating dinner together with you and my thoughts were right, Bull cane on the right 😊😊😊😊😊time. Take very good care of yourself and stay healthy, happy and strong. The Sour ear tree are very high and the stam of this tree was very slippery because of being wet by rain and a green layer on it makes it even more slippery. It would be much better if there was a bamboo Ladder available then till a certain height you can climb very easily. 😮i think it will he much better to keep a touw with you, when you are harvesting on such high tree, you can use the touw for your safety that you won't fall.

Здравствуй, дорогой друг! Это фрукт «кислый ухо», как его называют местные жители. Когда он созревает, внутри он достаточно сладок, чтобы его можно было есть, а кожица очень кислая. Мы нарезаем его тонкими ломтиками и сушим, чтобы использовать в качестве приправы в кулинарии.
