for the people that didn't understand, the ending 2 where the girl and the young boy died over, as you remember, in the patient's dreams (player's dreams), the girl said " we are going to be fine " but they weren't fact 2 : i recommend you should watch the rest of this video. but when the LED lights said the following "An injury...", the injury is from the girl and the young boy's. and when the driver came (hallucination part) , its the last ending, when the pilot said "a young woman and a boy comfirmed to be involved in the accident" and left (ending part). 3 fact: the man who struggled to get his lugguage was a doctor all along, he was boarding but then when you got into an accident, he was a doctor on board. hope that helps! fun fact: you actually fell into a coma, and became a time traveller. Look guys if you don't wanna read this mess, you'll never know the truth behind this! its like a puzzle, sooo uhh here is the summarazation: -- you fell into a coma, and in your coma vision, there was this girl and a young boy, they were hopping off the train, but suddently, the train hit them! the led lights said "an injury has been comitted" but in your dreams.. the pilot was chasing you instead of alerting people! but its fine... there is an elderly man who was a doctor on board! they saved you. but when they did, it was the same time the injury was involved! the pilot came to alert everyone instead of chasing.
