That lock back is neat! One of the first RR trappers I got was the assisted opening one. I like the RR tries different things, sometimes. Great video!

The lock back has different blade shapes than the standard trapper. I like the spey blade on it

Hey Rusty, remember that you are "responsible" for my purchase of a sowbelly trapper R.R (blue, like yours)! :-) Congratulations for the comparison, very useful in my opinion. I would put the blade block (any type) on all knives.

I am not sure about this "blade block". What does that mean? I don't consider myself as "selling knives". I am just trying to do, like you said, "comparison". I am glad you found it useful.

LOL! 2 pulls. I can guess... Which side of the spey blade do we put the main blade on? Was asked in a marketing meeting... I've been carrying a Trapper in my pocket now for maybe a year now... I like that Tater Skin!

@@rustyminer Not as useful as I used to with the lockbacks I carried back in the 70s - 90s. I did use it the other day to slice open a new bag of kitty food! I guess I just don't need a knife as much as I used to. Besides, Mostly I like to buy the Marbles and Rough Riders almost exclusively just because they are pretty. So these days they kinda ust go into the Slip Joint bag after I salivate all over them and bore my wife to tears showing them off...
