You're doing a great service for farmers and feeding people in the local community. Cooking those hog testicles might seem unusual to many people, but to my parents generation who grew up in the Depression it would not seem unusual. Out on the small farms of America in that era nothing was wasted.

Hey David i have learned a lot watching you trap hogs . i just helped my farmer neighbor . he was planting corn and i set up my hog trap and caught 15 and 9 he was very appreciative . i felt bad about knocking them in the head for about 3 seconds . And they do root straight down the row of planted corn and root the hay meadows and the yard and anywhere they want. thanks for the help see ya.

You are doing a fantastic job! A year or two ago, a woman arrived at a private home where she worked and assisted two very senior citizens in Anahuac Texas about 6 in the morning. She was attacked and killed by wild hogs in the couples driveway between her car and the house. Not only are they destructive but they are deadly. I believe harvesting for consumption is the absolute solution!

My grandparents on both sides had homes in the country (not the rich kind -- one had a ranch near Poteet, Texas and the other had a farm near Bowlegs, Oklahoma). In both cases, they used all of the pig (except for the squeal). So, I applaud cooking the parts that other people would not. Likewise, I applaud the feeding of the poor and everything that magnifies Jesus.

I grew up on Ramen also. I'd keep the water for the broth and use one each of chicken and beef to make a "pork flavor". May not of been real pork but is pretty good. Oriental mixed with beef or chicken is good also. My kids liked when a big pot of chicken, beef and oriental flavors, all mixed together, was for dinner along with grilled cheese sandwiches. If it fills the belly, it's all good.
