Love it all! So beautiful! The globe lamp is so cool! I have family all over the place. It would be a great gift to them. It makes me think the world isn’t so big that we can’t see the same sun and moon and stars or feel each other’s love.

Yes! Trash to treasure are the best, I think. And someone else gave a suggestion for an 'I should wait for John, but.....' t-shirt. I agree! Lol! I loved all but my favorite is what you did with the chair legs! -who would have thought? You are an inspiration to us all as we all try to make our home a welcoming place. I declare, Mary, I believe you can do anything. I can envision one of the little tin can lights on my grand daughter's desk using.a pattern specifically to match her room. The candle holders are my favorite.

Oh, Mary, I had to smile when you climbed up on the chair. That is something I would do😊Or used to do. 78 and bad knees kind of put a damper on climbing. I miss not being able to. Have a good week. I see all of your videos and look forward to them.

Mary, you should make a T-shirt that reads “I should probably wait on John, but……”. I’m wondering what his reaction will be seeing you standing on a chair, with a “sore arm” and using a drill bit that you’re a little nervous to use? Mary waits for no-one. She makes it happen!🤣

My thought was, her brother told her the wood or bit could shoot away from where she's drilling, and seeing her bare legs at the perfect angle to get hit! I know you wear leggings under your skirts in the cooler weather but a pair of coveralls would be a great idea for better protection!

I believe Mary is an incredible person . She isn't afraid to tackle a job that's different, she shares her many projects with us without leaving out occasional mistakes. I agree with you about the tin can lights not having the right color paper. With the darker colored frame I'd spray the can off-white and use a paper that is off-white or tan. The silver frame I'd keep the white color on the can but use a paper that is darker for a nice contrast. Even so, I thoroughly enjoyed watching you create treasures from trash. Smiles...

I could relate to this so much, Jeannie ~ I was so upset with so many things happening in my state, my country ~ even my own home town... so many disconcerting things over which I have no control. You could add a gathered cord cover out of fabric fir your hanging lamp in your cottage. And, oh Mary, those bases that you made into candle holders, they would have been absolutely gorgeous In a footed Three tier try! Yes, it would the trays have to be large, but , oh, it would be gorgeous!!

I love the lamps! It would be easy enough to change the paper if you don’t like it. I think they are so cute. You’ve inspired me to move beyond my “safe” arts and crafts and try some projects with wood - some signs and some upcycling. I’ve just bought my first ever power tools - a small sander and a circular saw. I think a drill will be my next purchase.
