when he goes unresponsive would you not reassess CABs? Also utilize your partners and be thinking ahead. Already have the stretcher moved over to the patient. Also did you ever check pupils? those can give away a head injury even before obtaining vitals

He did ok. It’s a trauma alert and you should be just taking care of airway and breathing first and attend any Major wounds then quickly go down with assessment. I feel like he was on scene staying a playing with a trauma alert. A backboard would of been just as quick to use and stable for his neck and back

@@madisonskye5882 Good catch, I’ve never heard of eXtaunashing hemorrhage. Our instructors always called it eXsanguination. That’s just wordplay though, the concept remains the same. Nice catch!

In Poland, it's standard to palpate arms as well. Also, I would lower the stretcher as much as possible - just to save your backs :)

It’s crucial to have that tourniquet ready to go in an event like this, then all you have to do is winch it and you’re good to go
