Like dying in the hands of Red Daughter, Red Daughter dying in her arms. Getting her ass kicked by Reign and pretty much coding. Killing the Daximites and second mon-el away. Watching reign kill mon-el, sam, her mother. Being sent to the phantom zone. Losing Earth 38. Earth-X! Losing Jeremiah. Alex being kidnapped.

@@aanyamallick7747 Its the reason Kara turns back time in the season three finale. Kara pushes Reign into a red fire thing and she starts to shoot her heatvision. She shoots Sam, Alura and almost gets J’onn and Mon-el pushes him out of the way and gets hit. (There is also the alternative timeline where when visiting Sam’s adoptive’s mother house, Reign attacks. Lena shows up and is killed. Mon-el attacks Reign and they kill each other.)

Suggestions for a part 2? Finding out her parents weren’t who she thought, losing mon el (and blaming herself for it, abandoning her civilian identity), mon el returning and having a whole new life, that time she lost her powers

In the comic book Kara was actually trained in the military and was super traumatized and mad at everyone, she also barely trusts anyone

It is just a movie which means that a scriptwriter and director decides how things go. You may never know how she would react in real life... and yes the movie might affect her psychology in rl bc she needs to stay in character. But that usually does not last long. Since it an emotional attachment...

Losing mon-el, William says he is dating someone else, mon-el coming back with a wife, James getting shot, Alex forgetting her identity, losing red daughter, Lena making kryptonite, losing her powers, finding out her mother lied to her, then she used her heat vision on her mother’s hologram. Reign almost killed her, red daughter almost killed her, the air poisoned with kryptonite, anxiety when she leaved the phantom zone, getting flashbacks of the phantom zone, getting scared when she fights kelex/Oscar with al the trash on him. When she gets kidnapped by the president, and red daughter. When she tried to reveal her identity is season 3 to Lena but Lena saying everyone is lying to her except kara. Well maybe we need a part 3

I realize that this isn't (doesn't seem to be?) a Supercorp channel, per se, but I think it's Kara's trauma which prevented Supercorp happening (LOL ignore the role of the CW, just looking at _possible_ internal logic here) until now. For Kara, *Love = Loss* and not revealing her identity to Lena was---while Yes, ostensibly to protect Lena---at a subconscious level, to keep Lena at arm's length (not let her all the way in, "keep you as a friend", per 5x1) to protect _herself_ from loving someone *completely* and then losing them. But the years of trying to keep Lena at arm's length, to try NOT to fall in love w/ her, only proved that her strategy didn't work: _she already had fallen in love with her_ (again, subconsciously). Hence the . . . *trauma* of Season Five!

Lets be fair when CBS started Supergirl they gave her a tragic backstory (losing her parents and home)to help motivate her hero journey and then when CW takes over they throw all that out like last years fashion magazine...idk I think by doing this they've cheapened her story a little bit...Am I wrong on this?

CBS gave her story so much potential, so much possibility to build a superhero that builds their moral compass through their experiences in life. But no, we get cash grab formulaic story that sometimes break continuity even with its simplicity. CW gave us Lena Luthor though, so I'm not sure if I'm complaining too much.

When Mon-el had to leave earth, and then when he returned he had moved on and couldn't be with her. God, I can't imagine the hurt she had been through, but crying every time i rewatch it.

Also, Being forced to leave Mon-El, the only person she's ever loved, knowing she'll never see him again. And when she actually does, her being forced to accept and watch him and his wife in the DEO.

There is definitely a lot more: discovered Mon-Els lie, being shot and almost die with Flash, being trapped in Black Mercy and lost her family again, has to face with humans hate and fear for her (after red kryptonite and red daughter), Alex forgot her as a Supergirl and feel reluctance for her only to protect her, fight with robot and losing power, J'onn become a prisoner bc red kryptonite took over her, losing Mon-El and blaming herself for that, and after she got him back discovered that he's marry with someone else... idk, maybe we'll be need a part 3, 4 and maybe even 5. Poor Kara ;c

It's unlikely to happen, in the (sigh) 11 episodes we have left . . . but that "somehow, I got here" at 0:37 cries out for an explanation. I could see it involving one of those "Times Arrow" (ST:TNG) type paradoxes (via Brainy's timeship?). Somehow, the Super Friends have to be the one's that engineer Young Kara's arrival (out of the PZ, the first time) to Earth...

She has been through a lot seriously, But the thing that hurts me the most is that how she felt that moment mon el decides to sacrifice his self, and him returning and kara hoping again to be with him and love him, then it ended up mon el having a wife who he looks with love in his eyes like he looked at kara. and mon el leaving again. That sh*t hurts my soul, I'm sorry for imra but can please let kara have mon el even for just a season.
