We like the early flights out, it gives you nearly the full day on day one, nice lunch and a beer and an afternoon of sunbathing. Then shower and dressed up for dinner, we love our first day 👍👍 Great vlog Andrew and Laura cheers

Funny experience at Gatwick, waiting at the gate to board. The pilot and crew turned up to get the flight ready, well few minutes later they came back because the aircraft wasn't there. So everyone had to follow the pilot and crew to find the aircraft for the flight to Tenerife

Great travel day, we like to arrive 6-7pm ideally then quick freshen up and dinner in the hotel usually the Arona Gran, then out for a few drinks in Los Cris 👍😀

We are only about 5 miles from Heathrow airport, but 80% of the time fly from Gatwick (about 40 minutes drive) as it’s normally cheaper 👍 although our next holiday (Tenerife) is from Heathrow as it was a good deal ❤ glad you both liked Gatwick Andrew 😊

Always prefer an early flight over. Unpack first (sister once had her bags with everything in them nicked). Holiday starts when the flip-flops are on😂 then we’re out for a wander, a few beers and fish & chips from Palms 😋

Great video as ever & good tips on avoiding the queues. Re the wifi I would say £8.99 for 4 hours is expensive especially when it didn't work for an hour. Prefer flights in the morning when arriving since that still leaves you the day to enjoy. 😀

I agree about the queues,they are awful. We flew into Tenerife from Scotland in March and they were calling people of certain ages etc to a another queue which was so quick to get though but as you said you have to listen as you can miss it.. Never been on that airline but sounds ok,. First thing we do after checking in is drop our cases in room and off for a waunder around hotel and get a drink.

I've flew with Vuelling 2 times going to Europa league final in Sevilla.... we flew from Tenerife north to seville and on way home flew with them from Seville to Valencia..... I thought they were great just same as Ryanair cheap and cheerful

Wee normally don’t get in to Tenerife till about 9pm by the time wee get to our hotel it’s normally put the bags in the room and go and get a couple of pizzas and some beers happy days 😀😀😀

Depending on what time on getting back,but usually be straight down the pub,few bevvys and then maybe a takeaway,if it's a late flight , collapse into bed,great video as usual,stride on both of you from Malcolm in sunny Hove England.

I always wait until I get to Tenerife for my perfume - the Chanel I get is around €30 cheaper in Europa perfume than in the UK 👍🏼 Can’t beat a holiday perfume xx

The last time Ii used Gatwick was back in 2010 to Vienna where i saw Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood in concert over there. This year Back to Tenerife and Puerto De La Cruz, just hope TUI's 'MiniBuses aren't too MINI. Anyway I'm flying out of Newcastle International Airport again this year, Its a good airport but i still prefer Leeds Bradford out of the two. And Being Autistic it's an even bigger challenge navigating through airports.

In general i've always had a good experience with Vueling. I've only had a couple of delays with them (ironically both to and from Paris but neither was their fault. The only time I was a bit unhappy with them was last flight I had from Barcelona where the gate staff wanted to charge me for my Hand Luggage insisting I hadn't paid for it but after I was a able to prove it from the booking confirmation they let me on. Still I would fly them over Ryanair or Wizz Air any day. And these days probably even Easyjet as their extras are getting very expensive these days. The Wifi does seam to be a bit hit and miss as i've noticed on the flights i've done that sometimes its not worked. Appreciate having under seat USB ports though. Very rare to have those on a budget airline.

Great travel day I prefer early morning flight take my own food on plane were always last of because we airport assistant so we're normally straight through all I'd love to come to tenerife ì no pickpockets goes on ever were its more so in tenerife and nothing been done about it for years It happened to us it's just puts you of thanks Laura and Andrew ❤❤

Ha, thanks for the timely vlog. We will be flying tomorrow with Vueling. We will be with kids though and those airport queues look awful. What time did you arrive if you don't mind me asking? Our arrival time is 11 in the morning. Hopefully it won't be as busy at that time.
