From RV Camping at one BEAUTIFUL BC Provincial Park to the next, we're off to Strathcona Provincial Park! Strathcona Park is actually the oldest official Provinicial Park in British Columbia, Canada and is located North of the Vancouver Island town of Campbell River. This more northern Vancouver Island area has amazing mountains and lakes with plenty of different camping locations and options to try out. We also will be taking on one of the BIG hikes in Strathcona Provincial Park as well so stay tuned to our RV vlog channel here for that struggle haha.
RV living and RV travel on Vancouver Island is so easy to navigate thankfully. It's one main highway you can take from Provincial Park area to the next and there are enough spread out to have access to Sani dumps especially when you add in some of the private options as well. We did some Class C RV camping two years ago on Vancouver Island with more of a boondocking focus so thankfully we know where all the easy sani dump and RV maintenance spots we need are. So now to settle into mountain RV camping up out of service at Strathcona and take in all the nature and solitude has to offer up there. Thanks for tuning in to today's family vlog with us!
