My wife and I were in the city of Porto, Portugal in July 2022. We explored the historic old town with its many sights on foot. We found Porto almost more beautiful than Lisbon.
We also took two trips around Porto with the rental car. Once we went to the Douro Valley, a beautiful wine-growing region. Here we are by boat from Peso da Régua to Pinhão. The second trip went to Braga. In addition to the old town, the highlight there is the church of Bom Jesus do Monte.
