Same here in the UK. There are dangerous places, too. Manchester, Bradford and few more are noted to be dangerous. If you're in London Brixton, Hackney and and some east london places are not safe, too.

And I've always taught myself to look for the beauty in it; to look in the beauty in the faces of the children, and to be grateful. And I would bring this aspect as a Miss Universe to see situations with a silver lining, and to assess where I could give something, where I could provide something as a spokesperson. And this I think if I could also teach people to be grateful, we could have an amazing world where negativity could not grow and foster, and children will have a smile on their faces."

Tondo used to have a bad image a long time ago w/ gang wars n crimes......but a lot of things have changed in Tondo over the years....yes Tondo is still poor but the people here as you'll find out are friendliest smiling people you'll meet and a safe place to be even for foreigners... don't believe on what you here about a certain place until you have been there...

Tondo a long time ago was like Harlem in NYC where even local Americans were afraid to go because of gangs n drug addicts ....now Tondo has changed n has become a very friendly place even for tourists

Yes there are slums in the Philippines but the danger you're unfortunately dishing out to the world belongs only with your own perception! And what you're doing on Tondo is now so cliche having been done exactly same as the other mostly white foreign vloggers. Be original, look for, discover and show us something which hasn't been done, covered by itinerant tourists.
