that realization that you get a wonderful view of Paris on top of the Eiffel Tower which is only missing the Eiffel Tower has just struck my head, and tho it seems so bizarrely easy thing to understand, I think i just learned sth marvelously big and profound. :D

There was an author (Guy de Maupassant I think) who hated the Eiffel Tower so much he would only dine in its restaurant because it was the only place in the city guaranteed not to have a view of it

Im pretty sure he was in the running last time so there could be the possibility of him at some point... Only issue is he hosts shows and he'd have to quit them (crystal maze and the new show hes got) But tbh I don't think he's a good enough actor ://
