If you want new running/walking shoes, I recommend you go to a running store where they scan and basically watch you walk and get you a few shoes to try that are meant for your feet. It’s a true game changer.

Have fun on your vacation!!!! I recommend Brook running shoes. Plus I also recommend taking the small quiz on their website on what shoe is best for your needs. Doing this test helped with shin splints that I got after running. Hopefully this helps 😊😊

I 100% get the temperature thing. I live in Queensland Australia. Alot of people start wearing jumpers at around 20 degrees Celcius (around 70 farenheit). Durring summer will regularly get up between 40 and 45 (104 - 113 farenheit). Where I grew up we did get cold and into single digets ( around 40 - 45 farenheit) but it did warm up dirring the day.

I'm in the UK and the climate worrier community starts talking about the end of the world if we get past 30C. TBH, I like it around 25C, but maybe I'm just a true cold-blooded Brit. We had literally three days in the mid-to-high 30s in July and that was enough. Now (early autumn) we're lucky to get 15C. There's no winning! Spend a packet on cooling or on heating. Keegan talks about the mid-30s being a relief from the mid-40s - it's another world. Enjoy the Queensland summer! PS: my uncle was in the RAAF and lived all over Oz, but in retirement he moved to the south coast of VIC - maybe trying to get back to a British feeling? (Oh, I forgot about Tasmania...).

Air drying is healthier but you have to make sure you get most of the water out with microfibre towel blow drying is okay as long as it’s cool setting no heat

Keegan, re: the breakout. How would you determine if you need a second round of accutane? Asking because I’m about to go on it (and have been using your Accutane videos to ease my mind!), but am terrified of needing to do a second round of it. At what point would you decide if you needed to do that or not?

i’m going to the dermatologist next Friday so we’ll see what they say. I’ll keep you updated. But I would honestly prefer going back on Accutane because I know it worked for me. i NEVER broke out once I was done on Accutane until I got micro needling and then my face started breaking out like crazy and never stopped breaking out :/ but I’ve had such a great experience on Accutane
