There are like 48 countries and just showed a few I am Pakistani and you could’ve add biryani or karahi or palao to much more you could’ve add saag and besides half of the video has countries from Europe and South America.

mochi uses glutinous rice flour nit regular rice flour...that ain't mochi that's just dough also mochi dough shouldn't be able to be rolled out like sugar cookie dough
