Love going to Gatlinburg! You just have to be careful of the bears. It is the most relaxing place to be in a cabin. The Fall time with the fireplace is awesome!

Me and my family one summer went on a family vacation in Tennessee up in the mountains and when I say we were in the mountains we we're literally in the mountains there wasn't no road like you were on. Trees mountains and bears. And the people were racist. We never went back again. I can't remember where we were in Tennessee but my niece booked and planned the vacation. We never went back. This was many years ago.

My husband drives the same way. I complain and pray until we make it safely to our destination 🤣

OMG, my husband and 3 ither siblings and spouses just got in lastnight from a Gstlingburg cabin trip, terrifying. We had a blast and the bears appeared the day before we left while my husband barbequed. My Lord the at night driving was a horrifying. My God we made it home to Mission and some to Richmond, Virginia into snow. What an adventure. Your screams reminded me of all the screams we made. The ladies almost got put out. Memories!!!

I went to the mountains in NC in May one year it was 95 degrees where I lived but when we got to the mountains it was 53 degrees. The whole trip all I could say was please put another log in the fire. I looked out the window constantly thinking we where going to get snowed in I was soooo over that trip and ready to come home hated it I’m a beach girl will never go back to the mountains again!

Married @ Chapel at the park! It was the best day ever and stil is 9 years later ♥♥ It had started snowing and I was telling hubby we need to get to lower grounds because we will not be able to drive down the hilly roads lol.. But we had no issue at all.. I love when you share this visit what seems every year at this time.. Brings back sooo many memories of our wedding.. It was just hubby & I.. Met 3.25.12 - engaged Christmas 2013 I didn't want a big drawn out wedding so after 2 years of dating we had our day 3.25.14 ! Everything centered around 25th. Omg I too was doing exactly what you were doing!!! I DO NOT like the roads up in mountains... AT ALL.. And I kept thinking a bear was going to try to come inside lol... How are you two doing Ms. Sharon . My son got married there... Cabins we were in was right outside few minutes from downtown. ... We stop at this place call moon shine ... Then went out to eat I won't go into all we did while there ... Before leaving we stopped had a good time at Smoke Bear Mountains !!! It was sooo hot but we had a wonderful time . We’ve been doing yearly couple’s trip to Gatlinsburg and Pigeon Forge for over 8 yrs. My family goes yearly now and my daughter always has gymnastics competitions there. We always get cabins with logs walls and indoor pools and hot tubs on all levels. Glad y’all had fun.
